BACK ORDERS: New Age will contact the customer if an item is on back order.

CUSTOM ORDERS:  Custom orders can take 4-8 weeks for delivery for delivery. In rare occasions it may take longer

PAYMENT POLICES: Please allow 3—5 working days for processing payment only, this does not include shipping time.  All purchases must be prepaid.   We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Certified Bank Checks and Money Orders. DAMAGES / DEFECTS: All Shortages, damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery of receipt of merchandise. Problems reported after 24 hours are not the responsibility of Illumabrasion ( New Age Spa Equipment )and resolution the problems is not guaranteed.  Any damages to products are the sole responsibility of the currier and such damage claims are between Illumabrasion and the courier.  The customer is required to provide a video or photo of the damage so Illumabrasion ( New Age Spa Equipment )can file a claim with the courier.   Only items with manufacturing defects of with damages due to importer shipping will be replaced.  We reserve the right to make exceptions based on the situation of the courier and client. All shortages and backorder items is the shipping responsibility of Illumabrasion ( New Age Spa Eqipment ) .  Damaged item must remain in the box it was shipped and be retained at the recipient’s facility for inspection by the courier company.  If item is sent back to Illumabrasion it will void , and it will be the responsibilty of the Customer. For any reason customer needs To ship back a product for repair or replacement, Illumabrasion ( New Age Spa Eqipment ) must be contacted and receive an RA (Return Authorization) number, any shipment without an RA number will be refused and send back to customer at their cost.   After you have received your shipment it is important set up you equipment and tests it.  Do not throw away your original, boxes at anytime they must be presented to a claim inspector and if for any reason repair is required it can be shipped back to the facility safely in its original packaging.

NO Charge-Back Policy
In further consideration of Seller’s acceptance of Credit Card Payment, Buyer herby agrees that he/she will not request, demand or otherwise cause the Issuer, or any company providing credit card charge processing service to the Issuer, to reverse and or charge-back the Credit Card Payment to the merchant account of the Seller [a “Charge-Back]. Any arbitration and or attorney’s fees resulting from a charge-back will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer. We recommend all buyers to read carefully these terms and the conditions before initiating a charge-back since any charge back will completely void the warranty pertaining to the payment in question.

EXCHANGES:  Customer agrees to accept all products upon delivery.  Customer may not reject any product and customer agrees not to revoke its acceptance of any product.      All shipments the return to the facility will be charged a 25% restocking fee and 25% cancellation fee.  If the product is shipped and then cancels order, customer is responsible for all shipping costs from the facility and back to the facility. All shipments back to the faculty for any reason, customer must call the company and obtain a RA number (return authorization), In the event of product defect or damage discoverable disclosed by reasonable inspection on the date of product delivery to customer, and provided that 1. Customer submits photograph of defect or damage, taken no later than day of delivery, 2. Customer reports defect or damage to company within 24 hours of delivery. 3. Customer obtains a return authorization number issued by company before shipping back to the facility.  4. Customer ships damaged or defective product to company under the authorization number together with original packaging and tracking number or carrier pursuant to which product was delivered to customer. 5. Customer pays all costs associated with return shipment of product to company and 6. Customer pays company restocking charge of twenty five percent of the invoice price (inclusive of any and all costs and expenses in incurred by company in packing, shipping transporting or otherwise delivering replacement products to customer.  Only items with manufacturing defects or with damages due to improper shipping will be accepted for return with an authorization by Illumabrasion ( New Age Spa Equipment ) In the event customer stop payment or chargeback’s, customer assumes risk of product defect and/or damage, product returns are prohibited: and credit is denied under all circumstances.  Sale is final upon order of merchandise no exceptions.  If customer cancels an order after the order has left our facility, there will be a 25% restocking fee and 25% cancellation fee applied to the total amount of the invoice plus credit card fees, No exceptions.    If item has been shipped, customer is responsible for shipping cost of item back to the facility.  All returned Products will incur a 25% restocking / reconditioning fee and   all merchandise must be returned in its original box with original packing materials and must be packed in such a manner that it will not incur damages in return transit.  Any damages to the returned products are the sole responsibility of the customer and such damage claims are between the currier and customer . Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.  Illumabrasion ( New Age Spa Equipment ) will not accept any charge backs on credit cards if a charge back has been done by the customer, your credit card company will not honor the charge back and will credit Illumabrasion ( New Age Spa Equipment ) . Illumabrasinon ( New Age Spa Equipment ) has posted polices on the web site and it’s the customer’s responsibility to read all terms and conditions before purchasing.  By purchasing any equipment from Illumabrasion ( New Age Spa Equipment ) , customer has waived the right for charge backs.

LIMITATIONS / WARRANTY: Hydraulic chair pumps are covered for 6 months limited warranty, electronic items are covered by a 180 day limited warranty and all other equipment is 1 year.  Microdermabrasion Machines: ClearFX (lifetime warranty), Portopeel (lifetime warranty), Illumabrasion system (2 year warranty) Illumabrasion shall not under any circumstances will be liable for abuse, misuse normal wear and tear, alteration, improper maintenance, unauthorized repair, design concepts, chipping fading or peeling of laminate or any acts of nature, such as fire, water damage, earth quake, freeze own any other deliberate or act of nature. Illumabrasion ( New Age Spa Equipment ) has the right to discontinue and replace an item at any time without notice and replace with a similar item.  All transit costs for times returned to Illumabrasion ( New Age Spa Equipment) or replaced by Illumabrasion ( New Age Spa Equipment ) is the sole responsibility of the customer.  Terms and conditions my change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 

SHIPPMENT OF PRODCUTS: Please allow 10-14 days for shipment to arrive.  Illumabrasion company ( New Age Spa Equipment ) shall use its best efforts to ship the products set forth on the reverse side of hereof, to customer within a reasonable time.  However, lead time will vary according to availability of supply, delays in transportations, manufacturing problems and other conditions and, consequently all delivery dates communicated by company are estimates.  under any circumstances shall company be liable to customer, its agents or sub customers, customers or any other persons for any special or consequential damages, whether based upon lost goodwill, lost resale profits, work stoppage, impairment of or breach of contract, negligence or such other actions as may be deemed or alleged to be the cause of a loss or damage to such person by reason of any delay in shipment or the failure of company to ship any products.  All orders will be shipped by UPS, Roadrunner or another currier, depending on the pricing and location. No next day, 2nd day or 3rd day delivery method will be used unless requested by and paid for by customer. Company does not accept COD orders.   Delivery by freight companies is from point A to point B, this does not Include; unloading, lift gate, dolly transport to specific area after unloading and set up.  An extra charge by the trucking company is required for additional requests and is the responsibility of the customer.  As of September 10, 2007 Freight Companies, will charge by weight and/ or dimension of package, which is greater. Fuel charges have gone up and freight companies will adjust rates accordingly.
